The Porto Cervo Limo Services soc. coop. a r.l., Via Genova n. 3 , 07021 Arzachena (SS), tel. n. 0789 909852, PEC: portocervolimoservices@pec.it, Partita IVA/C.F. n. 02648500904, as legal entity Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 Regulation (EU) n. 679/2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"), that all the data collected through the contact forms published on the website motuslimo.com (first and last name, business name, city, telephone number, email) will be processed for the following purposes: answer your requests, process quotations, formalize contracts for the services we offer, comply to pre-contractual obligations, comply to law obligations and, only with your specific and separate consent, for direct marketing finalities: send you, via email, mail and/or sms and/or phone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material about products or services offered by the Controller.
What is the modality of the treatment and what is its duration?
In relation to the purposes above, your personal data will be object of treatment both paper based and electronic and/or automatic. The data processing will always be performed ensuring physical and logical security and confidentiality.
Your personal data will be collected and processed with the purspose of managing estimates, offers, commercial proposals that did not establish a contractual relationship or a relationship of service, will be kept for a period of time not exceeding 12 months since the last dispatched proposal or offer revision.
Personal data collected with direct marketing purposes (newsletter dispatches, offers and/or commercial communitions), will be kept for a time not exceeding 2 years since the collection.
To whom do we communicate your data?

The transfer of your data to non-EU countries that do not provide a sufficient level of guarantees will be performed only in compliance with international rules and agreements and with the adoption of appropriate measures (eg standard contractual clauses).

- to receive, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning you and to transmit this data to another data controller without impediment, if: a) the processing is based on a specific approval or on a contract; b) the treatment is carried out by automated means; c) it’ s technically feasible;
